Bliss Ripple is a catalog of clues— fieldnotes for living into one’s internal bliss. Compiled through the creative works of poet, artist, musician, and mama Maggie A. Bishop, Bliss Ripple explores the idea of resounding joy— how to create it and expand it through living with passionate honesty.

Here you will find poems, songs, and observations written under the influence of inspiration Maggie finds scuttling and searching amidst the varied Missouri landscape with her wonder-son, adventurer Arlo, and her artist-partner and dream confidant Josh (who is also a photographer and music promoter).

One reason why I will most certainly be having kids one day.

AKA: I was a damn cute kid, haters.

That, my dear friends is me when I was just a wee one. As you can see my love for fuzzy things started at a very young age. As you can also see I was damn cute. Not an ugly ducking. And I resent the implication that I once was perhaps a tad unattractive. You see, in those previous Polaroids I was in a very voilatile emotional state... Thus, I was not 100% appearance wise. I admit it, those were not "flattering" pictures, but in no way do they define my state of beauty.
Anyway, yes, one day I will have children because, exponentially speaking, the cuteness factor should only expand to a greater capacity and I would never want to keep something like that from a world that is in great need of beautiful things. That and I want to dress them in cute things like this.

No, I am narcissistic, just realistic, and a little silly.
