Contained within this Herstory is “Soul Excavation,” a chronicle of my journey through the territory of depression, addiction, spiritual turmoil, and my spiraling up into health & motherhood. “A Love Story” is the tale of how my husband and I have evolved in our partnership. “Poetry” is a collection of my works of verse. Some of these writings are raw, some tender, some blatant. All are honest. All are my truth. Along the side of the page the archives of this journal are organized by subject as well as month and year.
